Navitas Launches GaNFast 20kW AI Power Boards for Data Centers

Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ: NVTS) has launched new GaNFast power boards rated at 20kW and 10kW, specifically designed for AI applications in data centers. The company also demonstrated its GeneSiC technology based on silicon carbide (SiC) for high-voltage DC conversion, as data centers increasingly adopt higher-voltage architectures.
